  • Our software has a unique feature of adding metadata fields to e-Documents to organise and streamline the files in the system. These metadata fields maintain the files in an organised fashion. The system asks the user to tag their documents with one to many metadata fields while they are adding the files. For example, the administrator may define the 'Sales' document type to have a 'Sale Number' and 'Customer Name' metadata fields associated with it. When users add a document they will be prompted to select the document type they are adding. If they select 'Sales' they will be prompted to tag the document by adding values for the Sale Number and Customer Name metadata fields.
  • Our software tracks all previous versions, or history of the e-Documents which is a key criterion for traceability and maintaining quality standards. In addition to providing simple and direct access to any previous version of a document, it records a change log with usernames, timestamps, and comments.
